Stay active, flexible, and balanced with gentle movements you can do right from a chair. Perfect for older adults, chair yoga helps improve mobility, boost energy, ease stress, and support overall well-being—all in a safe and accessible way.


Chair yoga is gentle and there is no need to get down on the floor. By using the support of a chair, movements become safer and more comfortable—perfect if you have limited mobility, balance concerns, or joint stiffness.


Our instructor, Melissa, has many years’ experience of supporting older people to gain the benefits of chair yoga.
